The Basic Fundamentals of the Golf Swing

( week 11) Two moves to guarantee top of back swing and follow through.
hinge your wrists and elbows over the right shoulder(dia 1) adding the body rotation(dia 2) (dia 3) (dia 4)
To help you create a solid back swing and follow through there are two moves that achieve this. The first move is to hinge your wrists and elbows over the right shoulder for the back swing as in (Dia 1) and adding the body rotation to complete the move as in (Dia 2). (Dia 3&4) show the same moves from a different view. The same routine for the follow through, but start by hinging wrists and elbows over the left shoulder. This will build up your muscle memory and encourage good positions.

This lesson will be followed up next week with a lesson to show the results of a club being closed in golf swing.
